Hoya gracilis make excellent plants for hanging as they have a more tender and less rigid leaf than most Hoyas. What also makes them interesting is the blushing and variations of colors that the leaves can display, ranging from light green to deep burgundies. Their bloom color is a deep krimson/burgundy.
Like most Hoyas, they grow best in bright light, and watering only when the soil feels dry. Avoid planting to too large of a pot as these epiphytic (attaching and growing in trees) plants enjoy being tight in their pots.
BONUS: Hoyas are pet-friendly!
