2. We DO NOT offer refunds or replacements on plants that have been shipped. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, shipping delays, damages to plants during shipping or as a result of shipping, or complete loss/death of plant due to shipping carrier delays, environmental conditions, or shipping damages to box or packaging.
*If you have paid extra for shipping insurance, please check with the carrier you have selected to ensure that the plants are covered in their policy and are not considered an “excluded commodity”.
3. The plants available for sale are rooted, pest-free, and healthy to the best of our knowledge and expertise. We do not offer refunds once the plant leaves our care.
4. Some plants may take time to acclimate after transporting and transitioning to your new environment. We are not responsible for yellowing leaves or plant decline.
5. All plants are treated preventatively with Natural, non-toxic horticultural sprays for spider mites, mealy bug, aphids, and thrips. Please quarantine your new plants as you would any other plant purchase prior to introducing into your collection.
