Monstera aurea is a smaller form monstera with beautifully splashed green and yellow/light green. Highly collectible, yet relatively easy to care for with proper conditions. No plant is identical, each unique!
Monstera are a tropical, vining plant native to tropical forests! They belong in the Araceae (Aroid) family along with Epipremnum, Philodendron, and other aroids. In nature, they are found growing up trees, anchoring in place with aerial roots. As the plant matures and gains more height/stability, their leaves can get much larger and more dynamic in shape, forming fenestrations (holes in their leaves).
GENERAL CARE
Variegation colors are best when plant grows in bright, but filtered light, no direct sun. Water when soil feels dry to the touch and pot in a well-draining potting substrate.
