We accept refunds on most products purchased both in-store and online with the exception of plants. If returning, please provide your order number and confirmation email (if ordered online). 
- If you order a pot to be shipped, we DO NOT offer shipping on pots and will promptly refund the pot(s) in your order. 
 - If other items are also included in your order, those will be shipped out on TUESDAY. 
 
You will be notified of all refunds processed and should see payment returned within 3-5 business days.
