  • If you order a pot to be shipped along with this item, we will promptly refund the pot(s) in your order as we DO NOT SHIP POTS due to high risk of breakage.
REFUND POLICY

We accept refunds on most products purchased both in-store and online with the exception of plants. If returning, please provide your order number and confirmation email (if ordered online). 

  • If you order a pot to be shipped, we DO NOT offer shipping on pots and will promptly refund the pot(s) in your order.
  • If other items are also included in your order, those will be shipped out on TUESDAY. 

You will be notified of all refunds processed and should see payment returned within 3-5 business days.
